Requirements for the Lowboy driver position:

Excavation company is looking for a good, dependable Class A CDL Truck Driver that can haul equipment safely as well as drive dump truck.
Must be able to use Lowbed & Tilt Tops to move equipment safely.
Driver must have a valid Class A CDL with a good driving record.
Required to have 5 years of minimum experience moving equipment.
Team oriented & a hard worker that takes pride in his / her work.

PIPE LAYER

Qualified Applicants should:

Have 3 years of experience with heavy civil underground utilities.
Be team oriented and willing to be an asset to crew operations.
Have knowledge regarding grades, slopes, compaction, and drainage.
Be able to use a pipe laser and other tools used to install underground utilities.
Be production minded.
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Be able to work at multiple sites within the Greater Seattle Area.

Most projects are located within the Greater Seattle Area, but we are also looking for employees that live in the south end (Tacoma, Federal Way, Auburn, Puyallup, Kent, and the surrounding cities) to as far north as Marysville, Arlington, and Everett.

We are looking for employees who have experience in Earthwork, Sewer, Storm, and Water mainline utilities.

The position is for individuals who are safe, skilled, productive, take and convey pride in workmanship, equipment, vehicles, and tools. You should be able to manage crew members and site needs. Uphold personnel and site safety as well as equipment safety or functionality needs.

Minimum Qualifications (required):

Over 5+ years of experience in the construction industry for heavy civil, commercial, residential and multifamily projects.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications as well as implement them.
Ability to understand cut sheets, cut/fill #’s, elevations and pipe slopes.
Hold experience in both earthwork and utilities.
Possess both oral and written communication skills.
Possess both organizational and time management skills.
Be cost conscious and able to adapt to changing situations.
Ability to foresee problems and pro-actively and safely take action to avoid them.
Exhibits integrity & ethical behavior in all facets of duties above.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OILER TECHNICIAN

Qualified applicants must have the following:

Minimum 3 years experience.
Knowledge with maintenance and servicing of different types of heavy equipment, hydraulic and other minor machine repairs.
Air brake repair certification.
A clean DOL record – must have a valid driver’s license.
Able to read and understand service manuals.
Tools to perform minor repairs on heavy equipment and class 8 trucks.
Self-motivated
Team oriented and a hard worker that takes pride in his/her work.
CDL and any other endorsements a huge plus.
