Pipe layer

Most projects are located within the greater Seattle area in both King and Snohomish county.
This position is for experienced pipelayers who can install Sewer, Storm, and Water mainline utilities.
Individuals who are safe, skilled, productive, and take pride in their work. This is a safety sensitive position.
Qualified Applicants should
Have 3 years of experience with heavy civil underground utilities
Be team oriented and willing to be an asset to crew operations
Have knowledge regarding grades, slopes, compaction, and drainage
Be able to use a pipe laser and other tools used to install underground utilities

This position has a pay range of $38-$48 per hour depending on experience
Mainline Operator
3+ years of experience
Team Nelson is looking for mainline operators that have experience installing sewer, storm, and water pipe. Also, you must know your way around earthwork, mass grading, etc. You must feel comfortable working with heavy shoring (double, triple stack trench boxes), steel plates, ROW work, digging around existing utilities, etc.
Qualified Applicants should
Be team-oriented and willing to help with all tasks
Have 3 yrs minimum experience as a mainline equipment operator
Know how to be productive using different types of heavy equipment
Understand grades, elevations and compaction requirements
Be experienced with pipe crews or earthwork operations
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Be able to work at multiple sites within the Greater Seattle Area

Heavy Equipment Master Mechanic
10 years of experience
We are looking for individuals who are safe, skilled, productive, and take pride in their work. This is a safety sensitive position. We are a drug-free company.
Qualified Applicants should
Minimum 10 years' experience working with heavy equipment
Knowledge in hydraulics, electrical, engines, transmissions, differentials, suspensions, air brakes
Air brake repair certification
A clean DOL record - must have a valid driver's license
Able to read and understand service manuals
Tools to perform minor and major repairs on heavy equipment
Self-motivated
Team oriented and a self-starter who takes pride in his/her work
