The Renton townhomes development transformed nearly four acres into a 90-unit residential community across 20 buildings. The project required coordinated earthwork, underground utility installation, and complete site infrastructure to support high-density residential development.
Team Nelson completed major grading operations using both onsite and imported material to achieve final building pad and landscape elevations. Underground utility work included sewer, storm, and water system installation, supported by extensive paving, concrete flatwork, curb, and frontage improvements throughout the site.
This project reflects the precision, coordination, and field expertise required to deliver large-scale residential infrastructure from the ground up.
