The Stessa Industrial Development showcases Team Nelson’s ability to perform as an excavation and sitework contractor for complex industrial projects requiring earthwork, utilities, concrete improvements and stormwater systems.
The 9.63-acre industrial development includes two warehouse buildings totalling more than 74,000 square feet. Preparing the site for long-term industrial use required extensive coordination across multiple infrastructure systems.
Team Nelson completed major cut and fill operations, retaining walls, roadway and concrete improvements, and full underground utility installation. Utility work included sewer, storm, water and fire protection systems.
Stormwater management included more than 3,700 linear feet of drainage piping and a large-capacity StormTech detention system.
This project highlights Team Nelson’s ability to deliver industrial site infrastructure with the planning, coordination and performance-driven execution required for demanding commercial environments.
