Prose Southcenter demonstrates Team Nelson’s ability to support full site development and earthwork services for a dense mixed-use project in one of Tukwila’s most active commercial corridors.
The project is a 379,968-square-foot mixed-use development near Southcenter Mall, combining residential, retail and structured parking into a high-density urban site. The development includes 285 residential units, more than 2,000 square feet of retail space and a two-story above-grade parking structure designed for 317 vehicles.
Delivering infrastructure in this kind of environment requires more than equipment and manpower. It requires coordination, sequencing, communication and the ability to keep work moving efficiently around the demands of an active commercial area.
