The Marysville Corporate Center and 156th St NE Bridge Extension project shows how Team Nelson performs as one of the region’s capable site preparation contractors for large, complex infrastructure projects.
The project transformed 57.5 acres of agricultural land into development-ready infrastructure through large-scale earthwork, roadway construction, bridge construction, utility installation and environmental restoration.
Team Nelson raised site grades by up to 10 feet, constructed a 1,300-foot roadway extension, and built a 40-foot-wide by 115-foot-long bridge across Hayho Creek. The team also completed critical utility bores beneath the creek for sewer and water infrastructure.
In addition to the core construction scope, the project included extensive riparian restoration and buffer enhancement work, requiring careful coordination between infrastructure performance and environmental responsibility.
This project highlights Team Nelson’s ability to bring control, sequencing and execution discipline to large-scale site preparation where every phase must work together.
