The Concord project in Bellevue, Washington, highlights Team Nelson’s ability to move efficiently from building site preparation into full infrastructure execution on a constrained urban site.
This four-acre townhome development was transformed into a high-density residential community featuring 83 townhome units across 12 buildings. The work began with demolition and removal of an existing three-story office building before transitioning directly into major underground infrastructure and stormwater detention construction.
Team Nelson completed critical site improvements, including two cast-in-place storm detention vaults and a 36-inch corrugated metal pipe detention system within the public right of way. Underground utility work included new sewer, storm and water main infrastructure designed to support long-term residential use.
This project demonstrates the strength of Team Nelson’s integrated approach: clearing the way, preparing the site, coordinating underground systems and executing stormwater infrastructure with precision in an active urban environment.
