The Caledon project showcases Team Nelson’s ability to perform as a large-scale land development contractor, delivering complete infrastructure systems across a 300-acre residential development. The project included a 96-lot low-density residential section with one-acre parcels designed for long-term community growth and liveability. Work at this scale required precise coordination across stormwater, water, roadway and trail infrastructure. Team Nelson installed more than 21,000 linear feet of storm pipe and 180 catch basins to manage drainage efficiently and support long-term site performance. The project included a 96-lot low-density residential section with one-acre parcels designed for long-term community growth and liveability. Work at this scale required precise coordination across stormwater, water, roadway and trail infrastructure.
Team Nelson installed more than 21,000 linear feet of storm pipe and 180 catch basins to manage drainage efficiently and support long-term site performance. Water distribution was supported by nearly 12,000 linear feet of mainline, providing reliable service across the development.
Roadway construction included more than 333,000 square feet of asphalt over 11,500 linear feet. Team Nelson also installed more than 20,000 linear feet of wood chip trails, helping connect neighbourhoods and improve the overall community layout.
