The Caledon culvert installation demonstrates the importance of precision civil work in protecting long-term site performance. On a large development, drainage infrastructure is not just a detail - it is a critical system that supports the entire project.
At the Caledon project in Arlington, Washington, Team Nelson constructed one of two culverts designed to help control site drainage and support reliable water movement across the development.
The work required controlled excavation, careful placement and coordinated field execution under real job site conditions. Every step had to be performed with accuracy to ensure the culvert would function properly and support the broader site infrastructure.
This case reflects Team Nelson’s ability to deliver essential civil infrastructure with the focus, field experience and performance mindset required to get critical drainage work done right.
